Job summary

Mastek seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM and payroll. The role focuses on US, Global, UK and ME payroll, including Fast Formula development and functional implementation. You will drive requirements, design solutions, and lead testing across payroll and absence processes.

Responsibilities include training users, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth integrations with data migration and reporting. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - US/Global/UK/ME payroll.
• Absence Management expertise within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience designing and maintaining Fast Formulas for payroll and absence.
• Solid understanding of US payroll processes, tax rules, garnishments, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles and approvals related to payroll.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications in Payroll or Absence Management are an advantage.

• Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and data migration.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration for Payroll/Absence.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to best practices and reusable assets in the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.

Job Summary

Senior Consultant-Oracle specializing in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll and Fast Formula (Functional), Writing a Fast Formula. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components.
• Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.
• Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to Payroll and Absence Management.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.
