Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in EMEA Payroll, Fast Formula, and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions across multiple countries, ensuring accurate payroll configurations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in EMEA Payroll implementations and support.
• Expertise in Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll configurations, Elements, Balances, and Payroll Processing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Required Skills
