Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong expertise in Fast Formula or HDL/HCM Data Migration
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle reporting tools
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
