Job summary

Fusion Practices LTD is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Core HR, Payroll, and supporting HR transformations. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and providing end-user training. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Learning.
• Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, approvals, and security roles.
• Working knowledge of HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas (Payroll/Eligibility/Absence).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Configure and support Core HR: Global HR, Workforce Directory, Journeys, MSS/ESS.
• Configure and support Payroll: Payroll processing, validations, statutory/compliance support.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Work with technical teams on data migration (HDL/HSDL), integrations, and reporting.

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent/Learning modules. The consultant will lead functional delivery across requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Configure and support Core HR: Global HR, Workforce Directory, Journeys, MSS/ESS.
• Configure and support Payroll: Payroll processing, validations, statutory/compliance support.
• Configure Journeys, approval workflows, security roles, and self‑service processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, go‑live, and post go‑live hyper‑care.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct end‑user training.
• Work with technical teams on data migration (HDL/HSDL), integrations, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Learning.
• Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, approvals, and security roles.
