Job summary

Mastek invites a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional/Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The candidate should have 6+ years of experience with Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UK/US/ME), Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, and Compensation, plus OTL (Time & Labor) and HR Help Desk exposure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Saudi Localization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional/Techno Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UK/US/ME) and Talent Management.

Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll ,Talent Management, Benefit, ORC, Compensation, OTL(Time & Labor) Must have worked on Saudi Localization

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional/Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UK Payroll/US Payroll/ME payroll), Talent Management modules, Benefit, ORC, Compensation, OTL(Time & Labor), HR Help Desk
• Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
• Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
