Job summary

Infidocs Technologies in India seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to configure and support US Payroll, tax configurations, and Fast Formulas. You will manage end-to-end payroll implementations, testing, data migration, and reporting, coordinating with clients and technical teams.

The role requires hands-on US payroll experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to Core HR, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll.
• Experience in payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of US payroll taxation and statutory requirements.
• Experience in implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of Core HR, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL is preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
