Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to drive client implementations across Core HR, Payroll, and ORC. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, design configurations, and ensure successful deployments with post-go-live support.

The role requires hands-on experience across multiple Fusion HCM modules, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor junior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Experience in configuring Core HR, Payroll, and ORC modules.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
• Knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula and HDL/HSDL processes.
• Experience with security configuration and role-based access controls.
• Exposure to Absence Management and Benefits will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Conduct business workshops and gather client requirements.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and ORC modules.
• Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, jobs, grades, and workforce structures.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll processing, costing, and statutory requirements.
• Configure recruitment lifecycle including requisitions, candidate experience, offer management, and onboarding processes.
• Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.
• Perform SIT, UAT testing and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Provide production support and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities as required.
