Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation. The role focuses on configuring and delivering scalable HCM solutions for compensation processes across client engagements.

You will lead end-to-end compensation configurations, support SIT/UAT testing, and collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and compliant processes. Travel may be required as per project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM compensation configurations.
• Ability to design and implement compensation plans, cycles, and rules.
• Exposure to end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT) for compensation modules.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compenstaion ,The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to compensation processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation configurations.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules, including salary, bonus, and variable pay components.
• Design and implement compensation plans, cycles, and eligibility rules in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional solutions, and validate configurations.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for compensation-related functionalities.
• Support compensation cycles, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and off-cycle compensation events.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams where needed.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for compensation processes.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and audit requirements in compensation processes.
• Work with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other HR or payroll systems.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and new feature assessments for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation.
