Job summary

Black Box in Bengaluru seeks a techno-functional expert for Oracle Fusion HR modules (PMS, Compensation, Benefits). You will configure, enable functionality, and work with global partners to gather requirements and design solutions for changes in the global system.

You will enable HR reports for staff and management, resolve issues with the C&B team, generate ad hoc queries, maintain data integrity, and support testing, UAT, and project migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science required.
• 4-8 years’ techno-functional experience in Compensation, PMS & Benefits module in Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional expertise in PMS, Compensation and Benefits module of Oracle Fusion.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and setting up functionality.
• Gather requirements and design solutions for global system changes.
• Enable reports for HR, staff, management and stakeholders.
• Partner with C&B team to resolve issues.
• Drive End-to-End changes and support Testing, UAT and migrations.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Required | Expert in Global Compensation and Benefits module.
• Required | Experience in Data setup, handling and multi geo’s Configuration.
• Experience in Setting up reports/ Analytics in respective Modules.
