We are looking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Compensation Management modules, including both Annual Compensation Planning and Individual Compensation, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle Compensation.
• Lead fit - gap analysis, defining both current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
• Conduct prototype demonstrations and configure Oracle Compensation functionality for clients.
• Perform testing and deliver user training on Oracle Compensation.
• Cultivate and maintain business and vendor relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Anticipate client/project needs and develop alternative solutions.
