Job summary

Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll consultant to configure payroll and compensation processes for client deployments in India. You will analyze BRD, prepare design and test artifacts, and support ER discussions with clients.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, effective written and spoken communication, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks within an HCM project context.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM modules, esp. Fusion Payroll.
• Ability to configure compensation plans and salary components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
• Proactive in debugging and resolving P1/P2 tickets for clients.
• Lead client discussions during Enhancement Requests (ER).
• Analyze BRD to provide high-level estimates and prepare design/documents, test scripts, and migration docs for ERs.
• Write functional specs for reports, interfaces and extensions.
• Coordinate with reports/interfaces/extensions development teams.
• Test and validate technical components; drive resolutions to closure.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll to meet client requirements and document application set- ups.
• Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.
• Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.
• Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.
• Write Functional requirement documents for any reports, interfaces and application extensions.
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, and application extensions.
• Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
• Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions and Deep Dive sessions with client.
• Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.
• Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.
• Incident Management Tool / Ticketing Tool experience is Plus (Eg. Jira, Service Now) but not mandatory
• Quality Assessment /Quality Check skills is plus but not mandatory
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Skills –

• Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Ability to configure Workforce Compensation Plan and Individual Compensation Plan
• Ability to configure Salary basis and Salary Components based on the requirement.
• Good understanding on the dynamic calculations used with Payroll Plan.
• Understanding of the different compensation Process in any organization
• Understanding of integration points between Compensation, Performance Management, Core HR
• Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Compensation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Administrative reports within any compensation Cycle.
• Strong functional troubleshooting skills in workforce Compensation.
• Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Compensation is preferred.
• Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with MBA is preferred.
• Good to have Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation OR experience in working on Oracle fusion support projects.
• Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Oracle Cloud Payroll is preferred.
