Job summary

Black Box is seeking a techno-functional expert in Oracle Fusion HR modules (PMS, Compensation and Benefits) with hands-on configuration experience to partner with global business teams and enable changes in the system.

You will enable reports for HR, staff and management, ensure data integrity, support testing/UAT, and drive end-to-end changes across multi-geo environments.

Qualifications

• Required | Bachelor's degree of Science
• Required | 4-8 years techno-functional experience in Compensation, PMS & Benefits in Oracle Fusion
• Expert in Global Compensation and Benefits module.
• Experience in Data setup, handling and multi geo’s Configuration.
• Experience in Setting up reports/ Analytics in respective Modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional expertise in PMS, Compensation and Benefits module of Oracle Fusion
• Hands-on experience in configuration and setting up functionality.
• Work closely with internal and global business partners to gather requirements and design solutions and enable changes in global system.
• Enable reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource, staff, management, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with C&B team to resolve issues.
• Generate ad hoc reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting business to enable Analytics/ reports.
• Ensure data integrity including audit of data and processes in respective modules.
• Understands functional HR processes within a regional/global scope.
• Assist in configuring systems in support of ongoing projects and enhancements.
• Analyzes business processes and provides guidance relative to technology enhancements and efficiencies.
• Maintains capabilities of current HR system platforms in alignment with business needs.
• Drive Start to End changes and support Testing, UAT and project migrations as and when required.
