Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support across multiple cities, including Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

You will work on Core HR, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation, and collaborate with clients to design configurations and test cycles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on unit testing, UAT, and the ability to articulate business requirements into effective Oracle

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Minimum one end-to-end implementation in Fusion HCM or upgrades and support projects.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR, Benefits and Workforce Compensation.
• Good understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields, Security and Roles.

Responsibilities

• Experience in creating compensation cycles, elements and related configurations.
• Knowledge of Benefit plan configurations and related features.
• Ability to understand business requirements and propose solutions after due diligence.
• Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT with business users for sign-off.
• Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, design documents and user training materials.
• Deliver resolutions to meet SLAs and KPIs; track delivery and impact.

Role & responsibilities

• 5 - 10 years of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Should have completed minimum ONE end-to-end implementations in Fusion HCM, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR, Benefits and Workforce Compensation
• Good understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields Security and Roles
• Good understanding on how to create compensation cycles, elements etc.
• Should have considerable knowledge on Benefit plan configurations
• Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
