Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation functional consultant to lead end-to-end compensation implementation projects across client organisations pan-India.

You will conduct requirement workshops, map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, design to-be processes, review functional specs, and deliver complex enhancements and reports as SME guidance in Compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Compensation processes and business workflows.
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and client discussions.
• Experience in SME/Lead roles on implementation projects.

• Experience working in SME/Lead roles on implementation projects.
