Job summary

Hiresquad is hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. You will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, working with global clients and delivering end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

This role requires strong Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR expertise, plus experience guiding projects, mentoring consultants, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide regular project status updates.
• Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, collaborate with global clients, and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide regular project status updates.
• Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
• Be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 810 years of experience in Oracle HCM with expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading teams, mentoring consultants, and managing project deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with global clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.
