Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud implementation specialist. You will drive end-to-end projects, map business processes to HCM modules, and lead requirement workshops with stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in designing functional specs, configuring cloud modules, and delivering complex interfaces and reports while coordinating small to large teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• End-to-end experience on implementation projects.
• Good understanding of business processes and compensation summary.
• Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Identify as-is and to-be processes.
• Build/review functional design specification documents.
• Design complex enhancements, interfaces, reports.
• Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
• Experience working with small and large teams.
• Knowledge of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Capture and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and document outcomes.
• Analyze as-is processes and design to-be processes for improvements.
• Create and review functional design specification documents.
• Design and implement complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Configure and test scenarios within Cloud modules.
• Coordinate with teams of varying sizes to drive project milestones.
• Maintain awareness of project lifecycle and delivery timelines.
