Job summary

PwC is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. The role requires 6–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and at least one end-to-end implementation in Fusion HCM, upgrades, lift-and-shift, and support projects.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits and Compensation, and a strong understanding of enterprise configuration, workforce structures, FlexFields security and

• 6 ~ 10 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Should have completed minimum ONE end-to-end implementations in Fusion HCM, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR, Benefits and Compensation
• Good understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields Security and Roles
• Good understanding on how to create compensation cycles, elements etc.
• Should have considerable knowledge on Benefit plan configurations

• Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPI’s
• Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA
• Should be able to independently conduct new features sessions with the clients / stakeholders
