Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation expert to lead end-to-end compensation implementations for clients across India. You will map requirements, design to-be processes, and deliver functional specs, enhancements, interfaces and reports.

The role requires strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, process workflows, and workshop facilitation. You will work with cross-functional teams on projects spanning multiple metro markets.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementation projects.
  
• Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  
• Analyze as-is processes and define to-be processes.
  
• Prepare and review functional design specification documents.
  
• Design and deliver complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  
• Configure relevant Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate effectively with small and large teams across project lifecycles.
  
• Provide SME-level guidance in Compensation processes and business scenarios.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 812 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
  
• Strong understanding of Compensation processes and business workflows.
  
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and client discussions.
  
• Experience working in SME/Lead roles on implementation projects.
