Job summary

FutureAxis is seeking experienced OPT recruiters to manage CPT/OPT/H1B/GC/USC hiring for US-bound roles. You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and university networks, and maintain your own candidate database.

Responsibilities include phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and work authorization, building a robust pipeline, and coordinating with hiring teams. On-site at Kondapur, Hyderabad, night shift hours 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM are required.

We are seeking for highly performed OPT Recruiters with hands-on experience in recruiting OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B, GC candidates and US Citizens as well.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, university networks, and OPT-focused platforms.
• Need to have their own database.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and work authorization status.
• Must Be willing to come to office (Kondapur, Hyderabad).
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Night Shift).
