Job summary

Three Arrow Consulting in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced OPT Recruiter for US IT staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing consultants in OPT/H1B/GD visa programs, coordinating with clients and vendors, and building strong candidate relationships.

You will work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:20 AM) on a full-time permanent basis, develop bench marketing, maintain records, and explain visa processes to consultants. A strong track record in US staffing is essential.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or related US Staffing roles.
• Hands-on experience with OPT Hiring, H1B, H1 Transfer, W2, GC and H4 EAD.
• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Bench Marketing processes.
• Experience using US job portals such as Dice.
• Excellent sourcing, screening and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen consultants with OPT/H1B/GC/H4 EAD experience.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline for bench marketing and placement.
• Coordinate with consultants throughout marketing and placement.
• Post job requirements on portals and maintain candidate records.
• Understand candidate visa status and identify suitable opportunities.
• Explain visa processes and opportunities to consultants.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for submissions and interviews.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants.
• Collaborate with sales and bench teams to ensure onboarding.

OPT Recruiter US IT Staffing

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen qualified consultants with experience in OPT, H1B, GC, and H4 EAD visa categories through job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for bench marketing and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with consultants throughout the marketing and placement process.
• Post relevant job requirements across appropriate job portals and maintain accurate candidate records and databases.
• Understand candidate profiles, visa status, skills, and experience to identify suitable opportunities.
• Explain job opportunities, placement processes, and relevant visa-related information to consultants.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Negotiate rates and assist in coordinating interviews and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with consultants.
• Work closely with internal sales and bench teams to ensure smooth coordination and onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience in US IT Staffing, OPT Recruiting, Bench Sales, or a related US Staffing role.
• Hands-on experience with OPT Hiring, H1B, H1 Transfer, W2, GC, and H4 EAD candidates.
• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Bench Marketing processes.
• Experience working with US job portals, including Dice.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Result-oriented approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on night shift.
