Job summary

ASD Prime Solutions in India is seeking an OPT Recruiter for US IT staffing. Location options Vijayawada or Hyderabad, onsite. This role follows US timings with night shift and immediate joiners preferred.

You will source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates, build pipelines via job portals and LinkedIn, screen and coordinate interviews, and collaborate with Bench Sales and Delivery teams. Strong communication and willingness to learn are essential, including freshers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn (Freshers).
• Hands-on experience in US Staffing/OPT Recruitment (2-4 Years).
• Knowledge of visa classifications and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
