Job summary

Sunixa Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an OPT recruiter to manage US hiring efforts, build and maintain a candidate network, and coordinate with consultants through the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

You will source candidates from job portals, universities, and LinkedIn, screen resumes, and ensure compliance for OPT/CPT, H1B transfers, and W2 placements. The role requires office presence in Hyderabad and aligns with fast-paced IT staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting OPT/CPT/US citizens or eligible to work in the US.
• Proven ability to source candidates via job boards, universities, and networks.
• Experience with H1B transfers and project transfers.
• Strong communication and coordination across stakeholders.
• Maintain active candidate database.
• Educate consultants about hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard OPT/CPT/US-eligible candidates.
• Source candidates from universities, job portals, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with consultants through the full recruitment process.
• Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
• Meet targets and keep consultants updated daily.

OPT Recruiter Roles

• Strong experience and understanding of US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology to the bench & Maintaining database of candidates


• Experience in recruiting ,hiring the candidates with effective hands-on experience on various job boards.


• Recruiting experience of hiring OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card, or all eligible to work in the US consultants and getting them on our W2.


• Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources.


• Hands on experience in hiring candidates from Job portals , universities and network, LinkedIn, prior database of candidates.


• Coordinating with consultant for the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarded


• Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates


• Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the candidates to bench


• Posting ads for for hiring candidates for IT Training and W2 Hiring.


• Maintaining active database of the candidates


• Scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires.


• Screening the resumes and maintain separate database and Following up with the candidates.


• Should be able to educate the consultants.

Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Must be able to maintain contact with consultants on a daily basis

Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport building and negotiation skills

Good negotiation, sourcing and networking skills
