Softworld Technologies Llc is hiring a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter for Hyderabad on-site operations. The role focuses on sourcing candidates with OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H4 EAD and other work-authorized statuses for U.S. IT staffing, with strong networking to Tier-1 vendors and clients.

The ideal candidate will manage the full bench sales cycle, negotiate compensation, and actively market consultants to clients while maintaining candidate relationships and portal/A TS efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Hands-on bench sales experience end-to-end across IT.
• Experience negotiating compensation to close candidates.
• Experience using recruiting portals and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bench sales process.
• Negotiate compensation to close candidates.
• Source via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn; manage ATS.
• Market bench consultants (H1B/H4EAD/CPT/OPT, GC) to vendors.
• Handle full cycle of bench sales and recruitment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven OPT Sourcing Recruiter with experience in U.S. IT staffing and sourcing candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, and other work-authorized

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• Hands on experience in end to end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
• Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
• Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster, and Linked-In. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
• Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B/H4EAD/CPT/OPT, GC).
• Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales as well as Recruitment.
• Having a good Database & Rapport with primary Vendors, Vendors & clients.
• Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
• Strong network and established relationships with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be comfortable with work from office.
• Exceptional negotiation and sales skills to market IT consultants.
• Ability to work independently and target-oriented.
• Expertise in resume sourcing, formatting, and presenting consultants to vendors and clients.
• Proven ability to place candidates in competitive roles quickly.
