We are looking for an OPT Recruiter to join our team.

Job Description:

• Experience in recruiting OPT/CPT/US Citizens/Green Card holders or all eligible to work in the US, including hiring consultants on W2.
• Experience in H1B transfer and project transfer processes.
• Hands-on experience sourcing OPT/CPT candidates via job portals, universities, networks, LinkedIn, and maintaining a database of OPT candidates.
• Ability to contact recent Master's students in the US and encourage them to join our consultancy.
• Screen resumes, maintain candidate databases, and follow up regularly.
• Negotiate compensation packages, assess candidate experience, education, skills, and qualifications, and discuss pay, relocation benefits, and other terms.
• Extensive knowledge of visa filing processes and contract terms.
• Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
