• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day back-office activities.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and daily/weekly sales coordination reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and opportunities.
• Handle routine customer queries professionally and elevate issues when required.
