Job summary

N R Colours is seeking a proactive Operations Executive Sales to support the sales team with day-to-day sales operations, order processing, customer coordination, documentation, MIS and inter-departmental coordination in Mumbai.

The role requires good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Gmail, with familiarity in ERP/Odoo/SAP/Tally seen as an advantage. You will manage multiple tasks and coordinate with several departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for proactive Operations Executive Sales to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, order processing, customer coordination, documentation, MIS and inter-departmental coordination.

Roles & Responsibilties

Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and other routine requirements.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate internally for resolution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely fulfilment of customer commitments.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
• Maintain sales order, pending order, dispatch and customer follow-up trackers.
• Monitor sales data and highlight pending or delayed activities to the concerned team.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports to management.

ERP / Odoo Operations

• Enter and update sales orders and related information in Odoo.
• Maintain accurate customer and order-related data.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for ERP-related discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in the system.

Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate closely with Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, Accounts, Stores, Logistics and factory & other departments.
• Follow up on pending payments, dispatches, documents and customer requirements wherever required.
• Escalate delays, discrepancies or operational issues to the reporting manager.

Qualification & Requirement

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & gmail.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and order management.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo/SAP/Tally will be an advantage..
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Order Processing / Sales Support / Back Office Operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing, trading or B2B environment will be an added advantage.
