Job summary

Skynet Placements & Outsourcing Services in Vadodara invites an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for multiple clients. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, while tracking progress and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in recruitment/placement consultancy or agency recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience handling multiple clients and bulk/specialized hiring requirements.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good team management and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to work under targets and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various industries.
• Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage and monitor the recruitment teams daily activities and performance.
• Allocate requirements to recruiters and track progress against targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and HR teams.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment MIS, daily/weekly reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment processes.
• Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and recruitment operations.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities for new client requirements.
• Ensure achievement of team and individual recruitment targets and TAT.
