KV Placement Agency is seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, client coordination, and team management within our consultancy. The role involves handling bulk and lateral hiring mandates and driving successful closures.

You will mentor junior recruiters, set targets, manage key client accounts, maintain ATS and reports, and ensure timely closures, onboarding, and revenue generation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SeniorHR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, client coordination,and team management within our consultancy. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for handling bulk and lateral hiring mandates, managing key clientaccounts, mentoring junior recruiters, and driving revenue through successfulclosures.

Requirements

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple clientsacross industries
• Handle mid-level to senior-level hiring mandates
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, databases,LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Conduct in-depth screening, interviews, and candidateevaluations
• Ensure timely closures and achievement of monthly billingtargets

Client Management

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clientaccounts
• Understand client requirements and provide strategichiring solutions
• Conduct requirement qualification calls with clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeatbusiness
• Share regular reports, hiring updates, and market insights

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters and HR interns
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets for the recruitment team
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards

Improve recruitment processes and implement best practices

Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and documentationaccuracy

Offer & Closure Management

• Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining follow-ups
• Coordinate invoice generation and payment follow-ups withfinance
• Minimize dropouts and ensure high joining ratios

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and documentationstandards
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client data
• Prepare MIS reports on recruitment metrics, closures, and revenue

Mandatory Skills

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience (consultancybackground preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving billing/revenue targets
• Client handling and stakeholder management expertise
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring and niche hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs, MIS reporting, and ATSsystems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Business development exposure is an added advantage
