You will manage key client accounts, ensure timely delivery, and provide market insights, while maintaining quality sourcing, interview coordination, and smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.
• Proven experience in leadership hiring across Non-IT functions.
• Hands-on experience hiring for industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Corporate Functions, BFSI, and other Non-IT domains.
• Strong experience in team management and client handling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
