Job summary

Resort in Himachal Pradesh is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee end-to-end resort functions across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance and Security, with a relentless focus on guest satisfaction. We expect 8 years in hotel/resort operations, preferably with 2–3 years in a managerial role, and prior 4- or 5-star experience.

Strong interdepartmental coordination, budgeting, inventory control, Excel skills and knowledge of hotel management software are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably with 23 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Prior experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end hotel operations and interdepartmental coordination.
• Experience in guest relationship management, team leadership, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
