Job summary

Abhay Infratech is seeking a senior operations leader to drive hotel/resort/property operations from pre-opening through ongoing management. You will oversee admin, vendor liaison, staff management and guest services to ensure a smooth, compliant property launch and daily performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination with Head Office, and experience in pre-opening activities. A hospitality management background is preferred, with a track record of delivering high guest

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel/resort/property operations.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Hands-on approach to manage multiple property functions.
• Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-opening activities and ensure operational readiness of the property.

• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, guest services and other property functions.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, training and team management.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs, systems and processes.
• Handle guest issues and ensure smooth guest experience.
• Monitor property expenses, inventory, facilities and operational requirements.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Ensure safety, discipline and compliance across the property.
• Liaise with relevant government departments and authorities to ensure smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and completion of official formalities.
