Job summary

Aryans Investa Infrastructure seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all resort departments on-site in Odisha. You will coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Spa, Recreation, Landscaping and Administration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA and has a track record of developing SOPs, managing budgets, and driving service excellence across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in hospitality/management.
• Experience in resort/hotel operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all resort departments.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs for service quality.
• Conduct daily briefings, management meetings, inspections.
• Ensure high standards across facilities and guest areas.
• Monitor occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIPs, events.
• Maintain hospitality standards and personalized service.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery.
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and repeat guests.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and department targets.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow and performance.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all resort departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Spa, Recreation, Landscaping and Administration.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality.
• Conduct daily operational briefings, management meetings and property inspections.
• Ensure the resort, guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, recreational facilities and landscaped areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor occupancy, room availability, guest arrivals, departures, VIP guests, events and special requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, courtesy and personalized service.
• Handle escalated guest complaints, service recovery and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, satisfaction scores and repeat-guest performance
• Prepare annual operating budgets, business plans, capital expenditure proposals and departmental financial targets.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, profitability and departmental performance.
