Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily hotel revenue and sales performance againstbudget and actual targets, identify variances, and implement correctivemeasures.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Marketing team tomaximize business opportunities and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricingstrategies to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas and initiatives tomaximize revenue and enhance guest experience.
- Ensure effective delegation of responsibilities andoptimum utilization of manpower.
- Maintain regular interaction with guests, obtainfeedback, and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve operationaland business objectives.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions,particularly during lean periods, to enhance employee skills and servicestandards.
- Conduct daily HOD meetings to review operations, addresschallenges, and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
- Communicate and facilitate the implementation of newoperational initiatives and management directives.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, andguidelines issued by the Head Office.
- Take overall responsibility for the administration andday-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication among allhotel departments.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and local businesspartners effectively.
- Handle local liaison and coordination with government andadministrative authorities as required.
- Undertake any other responsibilities or assignmentsentrusted by the Management/Managing Director.
Requirements

Education
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (3-year program)preferred.
- MBA in Hospitality/Business Management will be an addedadvantage.
Experience
7–10 years of relevant experience in thehospitality industry,preferably with experience in hotel/resort operations and team management.
