Job summary

Jobixo in India is seeking a Site Operations professional to oversee end-to-end soft and technical services across multiple sites. The role coordinates the operations team to ensure complete deployment and readiness as per client agreements.

Ideal candidates will maintain manpower, equipment, and supplies, enforce discipline, and drive energy conservation and Kaizen initiatives. Collaboration with HR for joining documents and ongoing client communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end operation of soft and technical services at sites.
• Ensures complete site deployment of technical and soft services by the operations team as per agreement.
• Maintains 100% manpower availability of technical and soft services at all times; manages reliever arrangements.
• Ensures all site processes for technical and soft services are executed.
• Maintains team discipline at sites.
• Ensures readiness of uniforms, checklists, and local site resource requirements.
• Leads new site transitions for technical and soft services.
• Manages supplies, tools, equipment, and maintenance by the operations team.
• Ensures joining documents are ready for HR for all site resources.
• Oversees training on soft and technical services at site.
• Manages medical insurance for staff at sites.
• Plans energy conservation and Kaizen initiatives at sites.
• Maintains PPM calendar, SOPs, checklists, and history cards across sites.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for end to end operation of soft and technical services at sites.
• Responsible for the completeness the site deployment technical and soft services by operation team as per agreement.
• Responsible to ensure the 100% deployed manpower availability of technical and soft services at any point of time, Reliever arrangement in case of absenteeism.
• Responsible for all processes executions technical and soft services at site.
• Responsible for the team discipline at sites.
• Responsible for the complete readiness in terms of uniform, checklists, attending the local requirements of site resources.
• Responsible for the new site transitions technical and soft services.
• Responsible for the availability of HK supplies and tool/tackles including machineries technical tools by operation team.
• Responsible for availability of joining docs to HR team for all the resources at sites by operation team.
• Responsible for the soft service and technical service training at site as per requirements by operation team.
• Responsible for medical insurance of the staff of sites as applicable.
• Responsible for new site survey for soft and technical services and prepare the deployment plan, SOW etc.
• Responsible for the facility score card of the sites.
• Responsible to take the new initiatives for energy conservation and Kaizen at site.
• Responsible to maintain the technical and soft services PPM calendar, Equipment's SOP, Checklist and history cards at all the site
• Responsible to generate the new business leads and coordination for business conversion.
• Responsible to handle 1000 Manpower.
• Responsible to generate the new business and cross selling.
• Records the replacement details. Client Connect –
• Responsible for the frequent meeting with client and understand their concerns. Advice the team for the required execution and update the status to management for needful action.
• Responsible for welfare of resources at site, all resources should get their monthly salary slips; address the query of ESI/PF/OT through the respective SPOCs.
• Responsible for maintaining the trust of SSOS at sites.
• Legal –
• Responsible for site related legal matters of SSOS.
• Responsible to attend the police cases and advice the team for the required execution and update the status to management for needful action.
• Compliances
• Advice the HR team for the required monthly compliances.
• Ensure the replacement details are given to HR by operation team timely basis.
• Monthly Attendance
• Revalidate the attendance given by operation team before generating the invoices by finance team.
• Ensure for the mechanism where the attendance query become NIL post generation of invoices Operation Reports
• Responsible to share men power changes reasons of sites.
• Responsible to share reliever’s report of sites.
• Responsible to share complete site review report.
• Responsible to share deduction details of sites left employees.
• Responsible to plan training details and R &R details of sites.
• Responsible to share client feedback form monthly of sites.
• Responsible to share uniform details and ID cards details of sites.
• Responsible to share material requirements of sites.
