Job summary

Adesso India is seeking a senior Resource & Capacity Management professional to lead workforce planning and capacity forecasting within IT services. You will manage demand vs supply, utilization and bench deployment across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Delivery, HR, Finance and senior leadership, delivering MIS and analytics via Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel, driving ownership and people management across leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, preferably within an IT Services / Consulting / SI environment.
• Strong MIS / operational analytics experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across Delivery, HR, TA, Finance and senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel / Power Query and SQL.
• Experience in demand vs. supply forecasting, capacity planning and skill-gap analysis.
• Strong experience in Resource / Capacity Management and Workforce Planning.
• Experience managing resource utilization, bench management and resource deployment.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, communication and people-management skills.
