Job summary

KMK Ventures is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager in Ahmedabad to drive workforce planning, capacity optimization, and productivity tracking. The role focuses on optimizing team utilization, SLA adherence, and supporting business growth through effective capacity planning.

You will monitor utilization, track billable vs. non-billable hours, and generate MIS dashboards while collaborating with Operations and HR on hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or a similar role.
• Experience in BPO/KPO or US Accounting environment is advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, utilization, and workforce optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
