Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Resource Management Leader in India to drive end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with delivery timelines and business priorities. The role demands hands-on expertise in forecasting, scheduling, headcount planning, and KPI tracking, with strong MS Office and data-visualization skills.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR, monitor service levels, and lead governance forums to optimize utilization and performance across multiple delivery teams

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or MBA in HR is required.
• Total experience 12–14 years in the industry.
• 8+ years in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end resource management.
• Proficient with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with delivery timelines and business priorities.
• Oversee billing and finance operations related to resource deployment.

• Monitor and improve service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity across skill sets.
• Maximize bench utilization and redeployment efficiency.

• Establish and track KPIs for resource performance, utilization, and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads.
• Act as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders.
• Facilitate governance forums covering resource allocation, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Resolve staffing conflicts, skill mismatches, and delivery risks.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on resource availability, utilization, and forecasting.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling concepts
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end resource management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage
