Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and processes
• Design and manage admin systems, dashboards, and back-office tools
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational performance
• Oversee daily service operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Create operational content, guides, and communication materials
• Identify issues and implement improvement strategies based on data and feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams
