Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru seeks a senior operations-focused Data Analyst to act as the primary operations contact for Group Digital stakeholders and leadership.

The role supports workforce planning, headcount tracking, and resourcing decisions across multiple locations; coordinates recruitment, mobility, and HR processes; and monitors governance items. Strong Excel, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, workforce management, or business support roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI capability for reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online for operational coordination and document management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, budgets, and workforce data accurately.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations across geographies with governance and quality control.
