  • Monitor innovation initiatives and measure ROI of R&D efforts.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance standards for delivery excellence.
  • Oversee end-to-end staffing processes from talent acquisition to deployment.
  • Oversee budgets and optimize workforce costs for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executives, delivery managers, and clients to align workforce strategies.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting workforce or delivery outcomes.
  • Mentor teams, foster collaboration, and build a high-performance culture.
