Overview

Operations Lead/Coordinator position in Thane-Mumbai. Reporting to the Sales Head. This is a completely on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations.
• Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues.
• Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability.
• Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.
