The ideal candidate should have technical understanding of mechanical/electronic equipment, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to manage client communications and commercial documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or technical sales support.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% within Mumbai and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial quotations based on inputs from the sales team
• Follow up with customers for quotations, approvals, and clarifications
• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and coordinate order processing
• Track payments and maintain payment follow-up records
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, accounts) for smooth execution
• Work with CRM tools for data management
• Maintain basic accounts records related to sales orders
• Track dispatch status and invoice details
• Ensure proper documentation of orders, POs, invoices, and client communication
• Visit customer sites across Mumbai, Pune, Daman, and nearby regions

1. Sales & Back Office Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, accounts) for smooth execution

2. Accounts & Documentation:

• Maintain basic accounts records related to sales orders
• Track dispatch status and invoice details
• Ensure proper documentation of orders, POs, invoices, and client communication

3. Site Visits & Field Support (20-30% Travel):

• Visit customer sites across Mumbai, Pune, Daman, and nearby regions
• Handle client queries and collect site-related information when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electronic equipment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
• Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile
