Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, create purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory databases.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch.
• Update daily MIS trackers, monitor delivery SLAs, and prepare shipping reports.
• Liaise with the sales, finance, and procurement teams for invoice processing, GRN, and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate transit delays, lost shipments, and damaged materials to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
