Job summary

e-Hireo in Bengaluru seeks a field-support role to work with a relationship manager on live properties. You will visit flats, speak with owners and buyers, and ensure accurate, timely records that form the backbone of client promises.

You will handle site visits, capture condition reports, and log enquiries and offers promptly. The role suits current students or recent graduates who are comfortable with Kannada and English and who own a two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Kannada, daily use
• Own a two-wheeler with valid license, travel reimbursed
• Accurate and well-organised, can record details precisely
• Comfortable speaking with owners and senior clients
• Currently studying or recently finished any discipline

Responsibilities

• Support a named relationship manager across active properties.

• Collect and chase documents from owners; track missing items.
• Prepare price comparisons from nearby sales with sources.
• Prepare weekly owner reports and ensure timely distribution.
• Answer owner and buyer queries within the same working day or provide a timeline.

Job description

You will work alongside a relationship manager on live properties. You will be out at flats, on calls with owners and buyers, and responsible for making sure that what happened to a property is written down accurately and on time. Our entire promise to a client rests on that record being right.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support a named relationship manager across their active properties.
• Arrange and attend site visits across Bangalore.
• Capture property condition, photographs and video walkthroughs on site.
• Log every enquiry, visit and offer the same day it happens.
• Collect and chase documents from owners, and track what is still missing.
• Help prepare price comparisons from actual sales nearby, with the source for each one.
• Prepare the weekly owner report and make sure it goes out on time.
• Answer owner and buyer queries within the same working day, or say when you will have the answer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent English and Kannada. You will use both every day.
• A two wheeler and a valid licence. Site visits are spread across the city and travel is reimbursed.
• Comfortable on the phone with people much older and more senior than you.
• Accurate and organised. Writing something down wrong is worse here than not writing it at all.
• Currently studying or recently finished. Any discipline.

HELPFUL, NOT REQUIRED

• Any exposure to real estate, whether through family, a job or a previous internship.
• Familiarity with property paperwork such as khata or tax receipts.
• Basic photography.
