• Follow up with leads to arrange site visits and assist closures.
• Coordinate weekly sales plans with the Sales Head or Team Leader.
• Assist with booking documents and update records in Salesforce, maintain flat availability.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and CPs, sharing updates.
• Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and site office promotions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, visits, CP engagement, and sales progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ability to assist with lead follow-ups, customer enquiries, and site visits.
• Available to work on-site in Keshav Nagar, Pune, for the full 3-month internship.
• Candidates with prior internship experience in real estate sales will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Support the sales team in generating leads and achieving sales targets through direct enquiries and Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and agents.
• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Explain project features, specifications, and amenities through presentations, model demonstrations, and show flat tours.
• Assist in identifying, visiting, and engaging Channel Partners to generate referrals and promote projects.
• Follow up with prospective customers and CP-generated leads to arrange site visits and support sales closures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Head or Team Leader on weekly sales plans, customer engagement, and CP activities.
• Assist with booking documentation, updating customer and sales records in Salesforce (SFDC), and maintaining flat availability records.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and CPs, share project updates, and escape queries, complaints, and requests to the relevant teams.
• Support customer interactions and promotional activities at exhibitions, trade fairs, and site offices.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, CP engagement, and sales progress.
