Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads looking for PG accommodations, flats, or rental properties in Bangalore.
• Understand customers' requirements, including location, budget, move-in date, and property type.
• Recommend suitable properties from Stayin's listings and help customers shortlist options.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with customers, brokers, property owners, and Stayin team.
• Follow up with interested leads after calls and visits to improve conversions and bookings.
• Maintain lead updates, call notes, visit statuses, and follow-up details in Stayin CRM.
• Reconnect with older leads and identify genuine prospects to avoid missing high-intent customers.
• Collaborate with brokerage team to confirm property availability and suggest alternatives.
• Aim to achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Share customer feedback to improve listings, processes, and lead conversion.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call and follow up with leads looking for PG accommodations, flats, or rental properties in Bangalore.
2. Understand customers' requirements, including preferred location, budget, move-in date, property type, and other preferences.
3. Recommend suitable properties from Stayin's available listings and help customers shortlist the best options.
4. Schedule property visits and coordinate with customers, brokers, property owners, and the Stayin team.
5. Follow up with interested leads after calls and property visits to improve conversions and secure bookings.
6. Maintain accurate lead updates, call notes, visit statuses, and follow-up details in Stayin's CRM or admin system.
7. Reconnect with older leads, identify genuine prospects, and ensure high-intent customers are not overlooked.
8. Collaborate with the brokerage team to confirm property availability and suggest alternatives when a customer's preferred property is unavailable.
9. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, scheduled visits, follow-ups, and successful bookings.
10. Share customer feedback and common requirements with the team to improve property listings, sales processes, and lead conversion.
