Job summary

Keertana Finserv in India is seeking a focused professional to assist in gold-loan operations and customer service. You will welcome customers, assess requirements, explain loan products and processes, and handle queries with professionalism.

You will support gold-loan processing, documentation, valuation, pledge, disbursement, and account records; manage EMI dues, renewals, and payment queries; and assist with auction-related follow-ups and pending accounts, maintaining clear customer

• Gold-loan operations: support processing, documentation, system entries, valuation, pledge, disbursement, and records.
• Repayments & Renewals: follow up on EMI/dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
