Responsibilities include booking cargo space, preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong communication and Excel/ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Resolve operational issues and shipment delays.
• Maintain shipment records, billing details, and MIS reports.
