Unigate Forwarding India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations professional to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities. You will handle shipments by Sea, Air and Road, coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA/brokers, and overseas agents, and ensure accurate documentation and data updates.

Join our team to optimize customs clearance, port operations, demurrage control, and timely delivery while maintaining shipment records and collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end import/export freight forwarding operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle import & export shipments by Sea, Air & Road.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA/customs brokers, CFS, transporters & overseas agents.
• Manage shipment booking, documentation, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and related documents.
• Track shipments and provide timely ETA/ETD & delivery updates.
• Coordinate customs clearance, port/CFS operations, transportation and final delivery.
• Monitor and control demurrage, detention, storage & other operational charges.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
• Maintain shipment records and coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Documentation teams.
