Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Air Export operations from booking to flight departure.
• Coordinate with airlines for bookings, space confirmation, schedules, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, CHA, and internal teams for shipment execution.
• Follow up on cargo pickup, customs clearance, cargo handover, and flight departure.
• Handle ASI, gate pass, cargo handover, and other operational formalities.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and agents.
• Ensure smooth coordination with airlines, terminals, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain proper shipment records and update details in the system.
